July UN Events: HLPF and AI Gatherings

Over two weeks in July 2026, a cluster of UN convenings put the Sustainable Development Goals, data, and AI at the centre. It ran across three cities: a Geneva “digital week” (the Global Dialogue on AI Governance, the WSIS Forum, and the AI for Good Summit), the High-Level Political Forum in New York (where the annual SDG Report is launched), and UNESCO's science conference in Paris.
